By creating an account or using CandidVibe, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the app you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account & Content

• You're responsible for keeping your account secure and your information accurate.
• Content you post (photos, messages, posts) must be yours or used with permission.
• Camera-first photos support authentic connections; manipulating or misrepresenting yourself may result in removal.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone.
• Share intimate content without consent or post unlawful material.
• Impersonate others or create fake profiles.
• Spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Use the app for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.

5. Matches & Messaging

Matches may be full (like–like), potential (like–maybe), or friend-first (maybe–maybe), each with its own engagement rules. Inactive matches and conversations may expire to keep the experience active and safe.

6. Safety & Moderation

We may moderate content, review reports, and take action — including warnings, suspensions, or bans — to protect the community. Meetup Mode and safety tools are provided to help you meet safely, but you are responsible for your own decisions and personal safety.

7. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, CandidVibe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service grows. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
